How Giving Works
Today, the most common way to give through P2B is alongside us: P2B often leads with a seed grant to a specific initiative, and that early commitment can help trigger additional gifts from other donors to the same cause. Our goal is to also offer donors the option of giving directly to the P2B fund, with P2B determining how those dollars are distributed across our vetted initiatives.

Our Co-Funding Model
P2B’s common approach is to co-fund initiatives alongside third-party donors, combining capital with hands-on execution support. In our pilot stage, we expect P2B to fund initiatives on its own before inviting broader donor participation.

P2B is building in stages, each with a clear purpose:

Pilot
Standing up and incorporating P2B, and identifying, funding, and supporting several pilot initiatives to demonstrate proof of concept.

02 / INITIAL
Initial
Building enough funding to sustain roughly $40,000 a year in grants for eight years, giving early initiatives the runway they need.

03 / ENDURING
Enduring
Growing a permanent endowment to sustain at least $50,000 a year in grants, indefinitely.
